Brief

Website Redesign and digital product creation

IAM Pulse is a tool designed to simplify and make cloud security more affordable for developers.

IAM Pulse helps manage who can access what in the cloud and stands out for its ability to check if code matches the cloud, giving developers better insights into potential issues when making changes to AWS security settings using Terraform. This feature enables informed decision-making and prevents future problems.

Because it was a startup that was looking for quick deliveries for quick user tests. The methodology chosen was Lean UX because it is a fast and simplified way of doing traditional UX research. It begins with the assumptions made by stakeholders. Once everyone agrees on a plan, a basic prototype is created to test the idea with customers. This method doesn't need a lot of resources.

3. Solution

Design System

The design system was created to guarantee the consistency of the project. In addition, the token taxonomy was detailed to help transfer the design to the front-end.

3. Solution

Website Redesign

The redesign of the community website brought modernity, consistency, and simplicity to a complex data. Besides delivering a pleasant experience of content exchange between users, the website is now also prepared to sell the idea of the new IAM Pulse product.

3. Solution

Digital Product

The creation of the Iam Pulse Product involved many steps of prototyping, evaluation and redesign. To understand the best way to expose such a complex content. In the end the result was a very clean and dynamic experience. With many innovative features, we created new ways to expose and identify old problems.

3. Solution

Hi-Fidelity Prototypes

Besides the creation of explanatory boards of user experience flows, prototypes were also created for better visualization and improvement of the understanding of the actions proposed for the user. The prototypes were used both for the application of tests and validations, and also to help the development team.

4. Conclusion

The Result

The IAM Pulse project was a significant undertaking that resulted in a vastly improved digital product. The redesign of the community website was crucial in transforming it into a comprehensive product sales platform that effectively communicates its purpose and offers a range of features to enhance the user experience.

The new and improved interface created for the digital product provides a more user-friendly platform for potential developers to engage with IAM, helping to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
